You thought the publishing deadline was past? NO WAY! You can still publish regular items with expedited shipping, but the date for canvases has been moved out to December 11, so you still have almost a week to make a special canvas for a gift if you want to!!
Also, there is a buy one, get one half price sale on the canvases, with an extra discount of 10% off at checkout when you order by Dec 11. Here is a link to the flyer:

If you don't have a particular photo you want to use, there are a number of canvases you can just order straight from the gallery without further customization--click and give! That's it! Easy and fast. If you want to customize them to match a recipients decor, then just do a little color switching and publish. A quick and easy, yet meaningful gift in just a few minutes.

What Can I Make In 4 Days???
The Christmas publishing deadline is Dec. 2. That means there are four more days to make and order a meaningful Heritage Makers project! What can you make in the next four days?
I made my first book in about that amount of time. I decided I wanted to make it right before Thanksgiving, and the deadline was about the same. I had good intentions to do it over Thanksgiving weekend, but you know how holiday weekends go. SO, I found myself staying up late and working on it right up until the deadline. I finished in the nick of time.
Can you make a book in four days? You can if you really want to!!!
What if you want something a little less intense? Here are some ideas:
Canvases--in all sorts of sizes: 8x8, 8x20, 16x20, 20x20, 20x24 Deep Wrap: 18x18, 24x18
These are lightweight, beautiful, and can hang directly on a wall.
Prints/Posters--5x7, 8.5x11, 8x8, 12x12, 11x14, 18x24
Design a special print or poster, buy a frame and you're done--or, decopage onto a ceramic tile for a special gift.
Playing Cards--Sub in 52 photos in a pre-designed template!
Calendar--Add one photo (or more) per page and publish!
If you need some help, I'll be in Woodbury, MN on Monday evening working on my projects and helping clients. Email me for details.

Gifts in a Flash!
One of my favorite products to make, and a fabulous gift for family and friends, is a Heritage Makers canvas. These gallery wrapped canvases are quick to design and come ready to hang directly on the wall. The regular canvases come in multiple sizes (20x24, 20x20, 16x20, 8x20, 8x8) and the deeper wrapped canvases come in 18x18 and 24x18. They are an instant way to add personalized decor to you or your loved one's homes.
Here is a 20x20 canvas I designed for my living room.
I adapted the design from one in the template gallery.
Love it!!
The Countdown Is On
The countdown is on until the December 2nd publishing deadline for Christmas. Check out the digi-crop schedule (link to the left) to see what dates are set aside for you to come work on your projects or get answers to your questions. If you are new to the system, I can help you get going!
This year I made a list of everyone I'd like to give a Heritage Makers project to and what I was going to create for them so that when I sit down to work, I know exactly what I need to be working on. That has helped me to focus and keep me from wasting too much time dabbling around since I have a list of things to accomplish!
What Heritage Makers products do you want to make for Christmas? If you haven't purchased your products yet, drop me an email. I'd love to get you the best deal!

Crops/Classes/Workshops/Demos: What's the Difference?
On the left you'll see a link to a Crops and Classes page. I add and delete the crops and classes as I plan them and as the dates pass by. I like to think of them as fun activities that you can come to get time working on your projects and learning new design skills. There are also Workshops and Demos that I do for clients where the host earns free publishing dollars--YAY!!! Here's a brief description of each:
Crops or Digi-Crops
These are simply times I set aside to get together with clients or new contacts to help them get to know the Studio, learn how to do things they want to do in their projects and give them a time and place to come work on their projects. Sometimes we are all working on our current projects (myself included) and sometimes I am working one on one with different people or answering questions. It's an informal get together usually at a Wi-Fi spot in town. I try to schedule crops in different areas where I have clients located.
Classes
Classes are get togethers that are usually centered around a certain skill or design set. Most of the time a beginner can handle my classes because I always try to teach the basics behind the design or skill so that it's easier to remember. Classes I've done include: Creating a Swatchbook and Creating Decorative Tiles. I've also set up Cookbook Classes and Publishing Clubs. If there is a particular topic you'd like a class on, let me know!
Studio Demos:
Demos are where I meet with a client and a couple of their friends at a local Wi-Fi spot and show them how the Studio software works. It's an appointment made based the the schedule of the client hosting it and the purpose is to show the basics of Studio and our products. I bring a few samples with me and give clients a first hand look at the actual Studio. I take orders and the host can earn free publishing based on the sales of the demo.
Workshops:
Workshops are classes that a client schedules and hosts at their home (or another spot if they have one) where they invite their friends and family to hear about Heritage Makers. I come with all my samples to show and we discuss all the possibilities! If the host desires it, I do a demo of Studio and then I take orders. The host earns free publishing based on the sales at her workshop. Sometimes a host will choose a theme class to host--like the classes listed above.
I hope this helps clarify a few of the many options I offer as your Heritage Makers consultant!!
